Residential Property Legal Secretary£35k - £40kMayfair (SW1H) / Full-time, Office-BasedA boutique law firm in Mayfair is seeking a Residential Property Legal Secretary to support 2-3 Solicitors within a busy conveyancing team. You will be involved in all aspects of residential property work, including client onboarding and compliance checks, preparing and reviewing legal documents, drafting completion statements and SDLT submissions, and managing transactions from instruction through to completion. The role also involves liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties, handling Land Registry applications, searches, and supporting smaller matters such as remortgages and transfers of equity.You will also assist with financial processes, maintain compliance systems, and provide general administrative and team support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
