You will work closely with experienced solicitors on a wide range of contentious residential property matters, gaining meaningful responsibility and exposure from the outset. The Role You will support fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property disputes, including: Residential landlord and tenant mattersPossession proceedings and rent arrearsLease breaches and forfeitureDisrepair claimsService charge disputes Key responsibilities will include: Drafting, compiling, and managing landlord and tenant court bundlesPreparing pleadings, witness statements, and noticesLegal research and document reviewLiaising with clients, courts, counsel, and third partiesAssisting with hearings and trial preparation About You We are seeking someone who: Has previous experience as a paralegal in residential property litigationHas direct experience drafting landlord and tenant bundlesHolds a law degree or equivalent legal qualificationIs organised, ..... full job details .....
