Your new roleAs an Evening Shift Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will work as part of a dedicated shift team providing both reactive and planned maintenance across a range of building services. Working Monday-Wednesday (16:30-02:00) and Thursday (15:00-23:00), plus one Saturday per month, you''ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and building fabric systems.Your daily duties will include fault finding, testing and inspection, small installation works, plant maintenance (including pumps, motors, FCUs, AHUs, and pressurisation systems), water hygiene tasks, BMS interrogation, and working closely with site users to ensure the smooth running of operations. You will also support compliance, maintain logbooks, oversee sub-contractors, respond to emergencies, and ensure all works meet health, safety, and audit requirements.
