Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership | Warwickshire Location: Coventry

Salary: Up to £36,000 basic (depending on experience) | OTE £45,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (paid as overtime)

Additional Perks: Salary flexibility for highly skilled applicants (Master Techs, MOT Testers, etc.)

Our client, a well-established main dealership in Coventry, is looking for a qualified Service Technician to join their modern, well-equipped workshop. Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Perform preventative and reactive repairs based on customer requests
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to dealership standards
- Communicate with the Service Department on repair status and completion times
- Work collaboratively within the workshop, assisting teammates during peak times

What Our Client is Looking For:

- IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician/Service Technician
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently
- MOT Licence preferred but not essential
- A great team player with a proactive approach
