Working alongside the sales team, you''ll be responsible for generating quotations, processing orders, managing customer enquiries and helping identify new business opportunities. What you''ll be doing as the sales representative:Preparing accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.Managing the order process from initial enquiry through to completion.Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.Identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales growth.Using CRM systems to manage leads, customer interactions, and sales activity.Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor activity.
