BSL Specialist Teaching Assistant - Northampton Are you a qualified or experienced British Sign Language (BSL) user with a passion for inclusive education? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a number of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Northampton to recruit a dedicated BSL Specialist Teaching Assistant to support deaf and hard-of-hearing pupils. This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is committed to breaking down communication barriers and ensuring that every child has equal access to learning. You will play a vital role in helping pupils engage fully in the classroom, build confidence, and achieve their full academic and social potential. The Role:As a BSL Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide tailored support for pupils who use BSL as their primary or preferred method of communication.
