Anderselite is currently working with a leading consultancy in the residential sector to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician for their Planning Department. This role is ideal for an experienced technician seeking to take a step up in responsibility, with the potential to move into a project leadership position. You ll collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality planning application packages and technical design support. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare all necessary drawings and documentation for planning application submissions. - Co-ordinate and integrate consultant information. - Amend planning packs in line with feedback from authorities. - Design layouts for residential house types and flat blocks (floor plans, elevations). - Develop planning layouts, road infrastructure, and landscape plans. - Create street scenes and visual presentation materials (coloured plans, 3D views). - Draft Design and Access Statements, Planning Statements, and Supporting Documentation. - Discharge planning conditions through submission of relevant material. - Attend design team meetings both on-site and in client offices.
