We are seeking an experienced and visionary Consultant Psychiatrist to join North London NHS Foundation Trust as Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO). This is a senior leadership role within the Medical Directorate, supporting the Chief Medical Officer in shaping clinical strategy, driving quality improvement, and leading the professional management of doctors across the Trust. The DCMO will play a pivotal role in developing a sustainable medical workforce, promoting innovation, and ensuring high standards of care. In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. Essential Criteria

Professional qualification as a Consultant PsychiatristFull GMC registration and inclusion on the specialist registerManagement qualification or equivalent experienceProven NHS management experience across specialtiesStrong leadership, communication, and quality improvement skillsCommitment to equity, diversity, and inclusionDesirable Criteria
