What You''ll DoReporting on monthly Global Local HQ opex spend by business area versus Plan / Forecast and Prior year, with meaningful commentary and analysis to explain variances in a commercial wayIn-depth analysis of opex run rate spend, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve results / cost savingsManagement of monthly risks and opportunities based on run rate analysis and input from discussions and reviews with budget ownersThrough analysis during month end before the close, ensure that that opex is booked in the correct general ledger account and cost centre so that opex reporting is accurateQuarterly forecasting including submission to Corporate and providing back up analysis and support for the numbersOwn the models and run the calculations for: bonus accruals, growth bonus and stock compensation. This includes annual bonus file setups and uploads to compensation toolExperience in building and managing complex bonus calculation models is desirableAnnual budget process - manage and take responsibility for accurate budgeting.
