Field Service Supervisor Salary - 34,981.40 OTE earnings (overtime and bonus 45,000.00) Purpose of the Role Field Service Supervisors serve as first-line managers for Field Service Engineers and are supported by the National Operations Manager. They work closely with the Operations Centre Manager and the Operations Director to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality service. As regional leaders, Field Service Supervisors are expected to set the standard and consistently strive to exceed performance expectations across all operational functions. Key Responsibilities Mentor service engineers and address technical inquiries from Sales and Engineering teams. Act as the primary escalation point for customer queries, including on-site and customer engagement. Uphold and enforce Health and Safety standards within the service engineering team. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Support, guide, and train Field Service Engineers in line with company protocols. Complete all reasonable requests from the Operational Leadership team promptly and to a high standard. Technical Skills Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities. Proficient in reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams. Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Skilled in the use of electrical and hydraulic testing tools and equipment. Share technical knowledge to support team development.
