Due to the advanced stage of the programme, there is no capacity for training or upskilling.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly within the SAP payroll system to support implementation activitiesContribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel payroll runsPerform data validation, reconciliation, and issue identificationSupport defect tracking, troubleshooting, and resolutionCollaborate with HR, Finance, IT teams, and external vendorsProvide immediate value in a fast-paced project environmentEssential Skills and ExperienceProven hands-on SAP Payroll experience(mandatory - non-negotiable)Ability to work directly within SAP, not just exposureExperience supporting payroll implementations, upgrades, or migrationsStrong experience in: UAT testingParallel runsData validation and reconciliationDefect resolutionExperience working in cross-functional project teamsAbility to operate effectively in a ..... full job details .....
