Acting as the link between internal sales teams, suppliers and customers, you''ll manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring all information is correct, resolving any discrepancies and providing regular updates throughout the customer journey. You''ll be the first point of contact for queries, taking ownership of issues through to resolution while delivering a high standard of customer service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you''ll manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records across internal systems and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure operational targets and service standards are consistently achieved.Ensuring Your SuccessTo succeed in this role, you''ll have previous experience in a customer service, administration, purchasing, order management or coordination position where accuracy and attention to detail were essential.
