As Head of Claims and Compliance (Learning and Skills), you will lead the Claims, Compliance, Registration and Certification teams, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing ILR submissions and ensuring adherence to DfE funding rules.Managing financial elements such as Co-investment and incentive payments.Ensuring compliance checks for contract starts and completions.Producing and analysing detailed reports to identify trends, mitigate risk, and drive performance improvements.Supporting delivery teams to achieve quality outcomes and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.Coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional results in a complex and fast-paced environment.The Ideal Candidate

A proven track record in leading claims, compliance, or quality functions in the education and skills sector.In-depth knowledge of DfE funding rules, ILR, DAS, and ESFA contractual requirements.Strong experience in managing audit, funding, and regulatory compliance.Demonstrable success in performance analysis, reporting, and driving continuous improvement.Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Commercial acumen, risk management expertise, and the ability to influence at senior levels.Apply Now
