This role is pivotal in delivering seamless end-to-end user journeys across HR ERP systems Workday including Azure Entra, ServiceNow, focusing specifically on the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strategic testing mindset, exceptional leadership, and robust stakeholder management capabilities.
