This is a senior role to build customer facing recommendation/ranking algorithms within the Customer department. This specific role focuses on the Partner recommendations product which includes our home page ranking and recommendation systems . It would suit someone who is passionate about solving customer problems and loves working with data, who has extensive experience working with engineering and data science on ML challenges and is eager for more. Algorithms are used to match customers to the right supply, guiding them to partners that will deliver a great experience and food they will love. They are used to shape demand to achieve operational/commercial goals and to optimise revenue by maximising spend and promoting sponsored restaurants and products.
