Senior Engineering Manager

to lead and transform our global development team into a high-performing, AI-enabled unit. This role will oversee the shift from unmanaged workflows to structured, Agile practices, drive adoption of AI within the .NET ecosystem, and lead the Git-to-GitHub migration. The successful candidate will ensure accountability, process excellence, and innovation across a geographically diverse team.

Role Objectives

Build a structured, accountable, and high-performing development team.

Lead Git to GitHub migration with minimal disruption.

Drive adoption of AI technologies within the .NET ecosystem and integrated database environments.

Establish and track key development KPIs (cycle time, deployment frequency, CFR, etc.).

Align team outputs with organizational strategy while managing global collaboration challenges.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience leading software development teams in Agile environments.

Strong background in .NET development, version control, and workflow optimization.

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into product development.

Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership skills for distributed teams.

Ability to manage up effectively with senior leadership.
