Role Purpose

The Senior Site Manager will take the helm of a new 75-unit traditionally built affordable housing development in Maidstone, Kent. Initially, with the groundworker operating as the Principal Contractor, you will have the invaluable time to integrate into the business and familiarise yourself with the systems and processes. Senior Site Manager Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff.
