Lead the digital strategy and system deployment for a major Net Zero project. You will foster a "digital by default" culture, ensuring productive and predictable project delivery through real-time data and the removal of manual, paper-based processes

• Construction Industry Expertise: Must have recognized experience within the construction industry.

• Digital Tool Proficiency: Proven experience in using and implementing multiple digital tools and processes on previous schemes.

• Software Leadership: Ability to lead the use of digital software applications and provide training to other team members.

• Infrastructure Background: Experience working on large, complex infrastructure schemes, specifically within a consultant or contractor environment.

• IT Literacy: High level of proficiency in IT and digital systems management.

  
  

• Stakeholder Management: A proven record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships at all levels, from project teams to clients.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for reporting and coordination.

• Delivery Under Pressure: Ability to deliver high-quality results in a collaborative manner when working under strict time constraints.

• Self-Motivation: Must be a self-starter who demonstrates significant initiative and resilience.

• Qualified by Experience or Degree: Must hold a relevant degree (BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng) or an HND/HDC, or be qualified by significant experience in delivering complex infrastructure project
