This is an exciting opportunity to bring your sports expertise into education, engaging children and supporting their emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and learning.What You''ll Be DoingAs part of our AP support team, you will:Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH and SEN needs.Use sport, coaching, and physical activity to engage pupils, build motivation, and support emotional regulation.Support behaviour and wellbeing using trauma-informed, restorative, and nurturing approaches.Assist with learning and alternative education activities, adapting tasks and celebrating pupils'' progress.Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, and AP coordinators to deliver tailored support.Champion safeguarding and pupil wellbeing, ensuring safety and emotional support are always prioritised.What We''re Looking ForWe are looking for individuals who are:Passionate about helping children in AP settings through education and sportCalm, patient, and able to build positive relationships with ..... full job details .....
