Service insurance and pensions clients throughout the investment life cycle, including business development, onboarding, account maintenance, and reporting. Collaborate with portfolio managers, sales, the fixed income platform, and other stakeholders.Manage periodic deliverable processes, ensuring timely completion and driving efficiencies.Prepare and automate customized analyses for client portfolios and review meetings.Prepare and maintain strategy presentations.Contribute to RFPs / DDQs, ad hoc client requests, and publications.Oversee client onboarding processes, including drafting guidelines, creating benchmarks, and liaising with operational teams for timely and accurate setup.Develop subject matter knowledge on investment activities of insurance companies and pension funds, and contribute to product-related client meetings. Progress ownership over time.Address ESG-specific client requests, analyses, and industry developments with the broader platform and sustainable investing team.Contribute to strategic projects and drive efficiencies, including automation solutions.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Proven experience with a passion for Fixed Income markets.Experience in client portfolio management / investment specialist, sales / IR, or investments at an Asset Management firm, Wealth Manager, Investment Bank, or Institutional Investor (e.g., Sovereign Wealth Fund, Endowment).Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong multi-tasking, organizational, process management, and communication skills.Analytical ability with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive, positive approach with ability to learn concepts quickly (including regulatory constraints faced by insurers and product/solution development).Self-motivated problem solver.Ability to manage and execute C-level relationships with large multi-national insurers.Strong strategic sales skills and experience working with senior EMEA Client Advisors.Understanding of regulatory constraints faced by insurers and product/solution development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Proficiency in a European language (e.g., Italian, German, or French).Proficiency in coding is a plus.About Us
