Key Responsibilities: Valuing residential properties and advising clients on pricing strategies. Marketing properties and arranging viewings. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales. Managing the sales process from offer acceptance through to completion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisers. Providing expert advice on local property market trends and conditions.
