Job Title: HR Advisor (Part Time 25.5 hours/12 months FTC) Location: Portsmouth Salary: Up to £36,705 FTE (£24,000 actual salary) Are you a pro-active and experienced HR Advisor? Would you like to join an amazing business in the manufacturing industry? Role Overview: Based in Portsmouth, our client is looking for a highly organised HR Advisor. Working closely with the business to plan, implement and support HR processes and projects that support the business. This part time position reports into a fantastic HR Director with option to work the hours over 3, 4 or 5 days a week. What the HR Advisor role will involve: Advising managers on absence and sickness management. Arranging absence review meetings and providing Occ Health reports Support and guide on discipline and grievance matters in accordance with the company policies and employment legislation. Coach and guide managers with employee engagement plans Providing advice, guidance and ad-hoc training on personal development plans. Create and deliver in-house training courses as required.
