Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the PandL and balance sheet of specific CoStar international products/services. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial data through processing monthly journal entries.Deliver month-end results with insightful reporting to business unit leaders; contribute to the monthly management accounts commentary.Challenge stakeholders to drive accountability and provide tools to track progress against financial targets within budgets.Demonstrate understanding of revenue performance and cost drivers.Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Partner with Group Finance to aid key business objectives (e.g., acquisition integrations) and support controls management, including implementation of controls and improvements to international systems, processes and reporting.Collaborate with group treasury, tax and payroll to ensure compliance with corporation tax, VAT and payroll tax requirements of international countries.Lead coordination with external auditors and facilitate review of the close process, account reconciliations and variance analyses.

Qualifications

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.Experience in managing and developing reporting; comfortable with large volumes of data.Strong system skills including Oracle and MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query).Strong continuous improvement mindset; identify areas for process improvements and implement robust solutions.Experience of working to a monthly close cadence.Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong project management, time management and communication skills.Ideally proficient in one or more European languages, specifically Spanish, German or French.
