We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a West London based boutique Property Developer. Key Details:Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pmCompany vehicle providedSalary: open depending on experience Key Responsibilities:Carry out general handyman tasks across the property portfolio Conduct routine property inspections and identify any required maintenance or improvementsManage and liaise with external contractors and service providers (e.g. plumbers, electricians, cleaners)Attend and oversee scheduled service visits (e.g. boiler servicing, fire safety checks)Respond promptly to emergency call outs, including out-of-hours when necessaryBe the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues, providing timely and professional supportMaintain accurate records of maintenance works and service visitsEnsure all properties meet health and safety standards and compliance requirements in conjunction with third party consultants Requirements What you''ll need: Proven experience in a similar maintenance or property management roleBroad handyman/maintenance skill set (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)Clean UK driving licence If you feel you be a good fit for the role or have transferable skills that could make you suitable, apply ..... full job details .....
