You''ll help with day-to-day living, offer companionship, and support individuals to achieve their personal goals. Typical duties include: Supporting people with daily routines (shopping, cooking, activities, personal care) Encouraging independence and confidence Supporting emotional well-being and social interaction Accurately recording notes and updates Working closely with colleagues and professionals Shifts Available We offer flexible shift options to suit a range of lifestyles: Early: 07:30 - 14:45 Late: 14:45 - 21:30 Day: 09:00 - 15:00 / 10:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 20:00 Includes weekday and weekend shifts.
