The school supports pupils with a range of complex needs including autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs. Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social development. Collaborate with SEN Teaching Assistants, therapists, and external professionals. Monitor and report on pupil progress, maintaining accurate records. Implement effective behaviour management strategies and safeguarding practices.Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is essential. Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally in a specialist or SEMH setting. Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and inclusive education.
