My client, the London Fire Brigade, is seeking an experienced and RICS-certified Estates Management Surveyor to join the Estates and Property Team at their headquarters in Waterloo. Reporting directly to the Head of Property Services, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational management of a diverse estate of approximately 103 properties, many of which are freehold. Key Responsibilities The Estates Management Surveyor will be responsible for delivering estates management services directly, including: Asset and Estates Management Active asset management across a large and complex public-sector estate.Managing landlord and tenant matters, land and property transactions, and all relevant estates revenues (headlease, tenant, and residential).Overseeing disposals and acquisitions of property.
