Please note you must already have your full CeMAP qualification to apply. You will ideally also have previous mortgage processing experience, ideally within a brokerage setting, though this is not essential like the CeMAP qualification. You will also need to drive, and be no further than 30 minutes away from the office.Based in Altrincham Business Park, as a Trainee Adviser, you will be integral to the smooth operation of the underwriting process working on first charge mortgages. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and customers, ensuring accuracy in document processing, and meeting set KPIs.
