IT Manager - Outside IR35 Location: London (hybrid) VIQU IT has a customer who are seeking an experienced IT Manager to support day-to-day IT operations during a critical period of business change, including a multi-company merger.This is a hands-on position suited to someone already operating at IT Manager level, who can step in and take ownership from day one.IT Manager role Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external IT service providers (MSPs)Manage business-as-usual (BAU) IT operations across global officesOwn and drive ongoing IT projects, ensuring delivery and stakeholder alignmentHandle escalations, approvals, and issue resolution across IT servicesCoordinate with end users, managing expectations and resolving issues efficientlyExecute IT policies and ensure operational compliance IT Manager skills/experience required: Proven experience in an IT Manager roleStrong background working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)Hands-on Technical awareness/capability within a Microsoft environmentExperience owning and delivering IT projectsSolid understanding of ITIL frameworks, ticketing systems, and escalation processesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment The successful IT Manager must be able to work 2 days a week onsite in London.Apply now to speak with VIQU IT in confidence.
