A national law firm renowned for its defendant litigation services is seeking a Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join its specialist Local Government team within the Casualty department. Based in Birmingham, this role involves managing your own caseload of fast-track EL/PL and public sector liability claims, with exposure to multi-track matters depending on experience. The work includes public liability, highways, social care, and data breach claims.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

Qualified Solicitor with 0–3 years PQEExperience handling or assisting on defendant EL/PL claimsWorking knowledge of highways, housing disrepair, and social care lawStrong drafting and file management skillsAbility to liaise confidently with clients, courts, and witnessesKeen interest in claims validation and public sector litigationExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsWhat’s On Offer
