As part of their continued growth and operational development, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team and play a key role in supporting both our people and the wider business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where the majority of HR activity is managed in-house, with support from an external HR partner for complex escalations and specialist advice when required. The Role Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the business. You will provide practical, commercially focused HR support to managers and employees while helping to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Support employee relations matters including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes. Manage recruitment activities including advertising, interviewing coordination, onboarding and induction.
