This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing building and maintenance projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
