KS2 Primary Teacher SEMH Setting Location: Barking and Dagenham Salary: Inner London Pay Scale PAYE We are working closely with a specialist therapeutic school in Barking and Dagenham that is seeking a resilient, adaptable KS2 Teacher to join their team immediately on a temp to perm basis. This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely supportive SEMH environment where relationships, consistency, and therapeutic practice are at the heart of everything they do. You will be teaching a small upper KS2 class of pupils with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs. With only a handful of learners in the group, you ll have the time and space to truly make an impact on each child s progress and wellbeing. You will be fully supported by experienced Teaching Assistants within the classroom, alongside a wider therapeutic team who work collaboratively to ensure every pupil receives the right level of care and guidance. Leadership also provides all planning, allowing you to focus your energy on high-quality delivery, engagement, and relationship-building.
