Head of Growth Salary: £45,500 Hours: 35 hours per week Contract: Permanent Location: Remote working, with regional site visits and occasional national travel Pure Insight is looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Growth to help drive our income generation and growth plans. We support young people leaving children''s homes and foster care (care leavers) between the age of 18-28, helping them to feel connected, build confidence and take control of their lives. This is an exciting opportunity to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in developing new income streams, building strategic partnerships and supporting the growth of our services. The Head of Growth will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing new revenue opportunities, ensuring sustainable income generation that supports the charity''s strategic priorities and ambitions over the next three years. While we have identified some initial areas of focus, this role offers significant freedom to explore, develop and bring new opportunities to life. We want you to bring your own ideas, creativity and commercial thinking to identify new opportunities that could generate sustainable income and increase our impact. We are looking for someone with proven experience in generating significant income, strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication and influencing ability, and a creative, results-focused approach.
