Your responsibilities will cover sever areas, making the role diverse and developing your skills in different areas: Account management Serving as primary contact for customers based in France, as well as support global OEM base in consumer goods verticalCoordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, engineering, product management to meet customer expectations and deadlinesQuickly and accurately respond to customer requests, generate quotes and order confirmations, take care of complaints and any other issues concerning processing and shipping goods.Support activities in CRM system by keeping customer records up to date, managing pipeline progress, following up on opportunities and quotes, qualify incoming leads.Manage customer callsPlan 10% of time in field in France through working with existing partners and supporting end user and OEM visits Forecasting and reporting ..... full job details .....
