As the ideal candidate you will have had experience of working in a Customer Account Management or an Internal Sales Exec role in a manufacturing , technical or engineering setting. You will be confident of acting as the focal point for customer orders; liaising closely with external sales teams initially and then through engineering, manufacturing, quality and dispatch. Your key skills and responsibilities will include: Customer Service Communication Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer queries, requests, and issues. Respond to telephone, email, and online enquiries promptly and professionally. Provide customers with product information, pricing, lead times, and order updates. Able to build a quote from material selection through to delivery Build strong, positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Sales Support Prepare and issue quotations based on customer needs and company pricing guidelines. Follow up on quotes to convert leads and maximize sales opportunities. ..... full job details .....
