Skilled Carpenter Floorboard Installation

Location: TW10 (Richmond area)
Type: Skilled carpentry / flooring work
Building: Grade II listed property

We are looking for an experienced, careful carpenter to carry out floorboard work in a Grade II listed building in TW10.

The main task is to carefully reinstate or lay floorboards, taking particular care to protect the existing fabric and character of the property.

The ideal carpenter will have:

• Proven experience with traditional and/or period properties
• Excellent attention to detail and a careful approach to existing floors
• Experience working with floorboards, joists and timber flooring
• An understanding of the additional care required when working in a Grade II listed building
• Good workmanship and the ability to leave a clean, professional finish
• Their own tools and appropriate equipment
• Reliable, tidy and professional working practices

Important: This is delicate work where preserving existing materials and avoiding unnecessary damage is essential.

Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
