Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Qualified OnlyLocation: Burton Latimer, Kettering, NorthamptonshireHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pmContract: Full-time, term-time onlySalary: 100- 120 per day, depending on experience and qualificationsStart: September 2026A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Burton Latimer, Kettering is seeking a fully qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join its supportive team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is confident supporting learning across the primary age range and who can contribute positively to pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.Please note: An HLTA qualification is essential for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities.Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups.Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment.Promote positive behaviour, engagement and wellbeing.Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and wider school staff.Support pupils'' progress and development through effective learning interventions.Take responsibility for a class or group when required.Contribute to the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.Follow school safeguarding, behaviour and child-protection procedures.Essential RequirementsRecognised HLTA qualification - essential.Previous experience working within a primary school ..... full job details .....
