What We Offer YouNova Founders Capital is searching for an experienced or aspiring Leader for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become Leader of an existing company within our portfolio.
You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies.
You will receive both great upside in your work with a compensation geared mostly towards equity of 10-20% depending on the business, and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs Leader, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks vary to the specific stage and company, and will include:
Build a world-class organisation
Build, lead, develop and motivate an exceptional team
Define and execute strategies to drive results across all functions
Recruit the right people and constantly develop the employee
Be fully responsible for the PandL and day-to-day operations

Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do
Proactive approach and sense of ownership/responsibility for everything you do
A humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing people
Interested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimise
Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results
Top tier academics, maybe with an MBA
3-7 years at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, startup or company
