Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.Provide clear, accurate, and professional support to German-speaking customers.Deliver solutions with empathy and efficiency, building trust and satisfaction.Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to exceed service targets.Maintain professionalism and reliability in all customer interactions.Work flexibly on a monthly rota between 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday.What We''re Looking For

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).Excellent telephone manner, literacy, and numeracy.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.Previous experience in customer service or call centres is desirable but not essential.Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn.What\''s in it for You?
