Our client a Leicestershire based Property Management company currently seek an experienced Domestic Electrician for various projects in the Leicestershire area.

It is essential that you have domestic electrical qualifications and can provide recent work references to demonstrate an Electrical background.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential settings
• Capable of Domestic Rewires
• Odd jobbing - Fitting Extractor fans, replacing circuit boards, fitting light switches etc
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople as required to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Drive to various job sites as needed, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• A valid driving licence is required for travel to job sites.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
