This senior role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, planning authorities, and multi-disciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEIA Leadership and DeliveryLead the full EIA process, including screening, scoping, environmental assessments, and Environmental Statement (ES) production.Coordinate technical inputs across environmental, design, and engineering disciplines.Client and Stakeholder EngagementServe as a senior advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on environmental risks, planning policy, and mitigation.Engage with Local Planning Authorities, statutory consultees, and key stakeholders to support planning applications.Technical ExcellenceProduce and review high-quality ES chapters, scoping reports, technical assessments, and environmental risk documentation.Drive best practice and innovation in EIA methodology, tools, and digital approaches.Team LeadershipMentor and supervise junior and mid-level consultants, ensuring high-quality outputs and skills development.Lead project teams, manage ..... full job details .....
