As a Lab Technician, you''ll be responsible for ensuring all Quality Testing is completed effectively and to the highest standards, supporting the overall technical department. Responsibilities: Collecting and testing samples prior to release to establish quality Raising any non-conformance and liaising with Technical Manager to implement corrective actions Ensure accurate reccording of all data including test results, stock management and incoming raw materials. Assist in internal and external audits, and carry out daily GMP audits and regular quality assurance checks. The successful candidate will: Have an understanding of HACCP principals and Food Safety systems. Have experience in a similar role within the industry Be a confident and personable character, with strong communication skills.
