This is a busy and varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism.You''ll be responsible for intensive diary management, coordinating meetings and workshops, arranging complex international travel, supporting projects, and acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.This is a hybrid role offering flexibility between office and home working.Key responsibilities:Strategic diary and calendar management for senior stakeholdersCoordinating meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actionsOrganising complex international travel and logisticsLiaising directly with clients regarding meetings and office visitsSupporting projects with presentations, reports, and correspondenceProcessing expenses and assisting with ad hoc business requestsManaging onboarding and induction support for new startersWorking closely with departments including Accounts, Purchasing, Logistics, Reception, and Business SupportSupporting client visits, including ..... full job details .....
