Role Overview: Wynnstay Group is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Store Manager to lead one of our established stores and take ownership of its continued growth and success. This is much more than a traditional retail management role. You will have the opportunity to run the store as a local business: setting the pace, driving sales performance, identifying new commercial opportunities and building a strong presence within the surrounding agricultural community. You''ll combine hands-on operational leadership with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to growing the customer base and increasing the store''s market share. Working closely with farmers, rural businesses and local customers, you''ll develop a strong understanding of their needs and ensure the store provides trusted advice, relevant products and an exceptional level of service. You''ll maintain existing relationships while actively seeking new business, spotting opportunities and inspiring your team to confidently promote the full range of Wynnstay products and services.
