Brook Street is working with a well established client who are looking for a dedicated Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their finance team and play a vital role in managing ledger operations, optimising cash flow, and supporting their strategic financial objectives.This is a permanent, full-time role, working from their offices in Barry. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, finishing at 1:30pm every Friday.Main DutiesManage the complete purchase ledger process including invoice matching, verification, and payment runsResolve supplier invoice queries and maintain accurate supplier accountsProcess weekly payments including BACS and international paymentsReconcile supplier statements and aged creditors reports ensuring accuracyMaintain supplier records and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queriesAssist with month-end reconciliations, accruals, and support external auditsProvide cover for sales ledger duties when requiredExperience RequiredProven experience in accounts payable, purchase ledger, or finance administrationHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work confidently both independently and within a small teamStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlinesBenefitsOn-site parkingEarly finish EVERY FridayCollaborative an friendly work environment20 days holiday, rising to 25 with length of service + Bank holidays Apply now or contact Luke ..... full job details .....
