Support Worker

The Leader Group are recruiting on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare.
We are looking for experienced Support Workers who have knowledge or experience in acquired brain injuries.
Job Specifics:
This particular role will involve supporting a young man, who has an acquired brain injury with general support/ companionship. He is looking for someone bubbly and outgoing, who is going to promote his independence and get him out in the community. Having experience with ABI, young adults and/ or drug abuse would be relevant to this role.
Shift Patterns:
Part time hours
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
10am-3pm
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Must have a UK drivers license, access to your own vehicle and business class insurance
- At least 6-months of UK based care experience
- Knowledge of complex care is desired
- Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
- All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
