Support and assist in workplace investigations, gathering information, and conducting interviews. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, assisting with queries regarding benefits, policies, and work-related concerns. Manage joiner and leavers processes. Supporting payroll when required. Writing salary review and promotion letters. Manage flexible working processes. Handling confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
