Apparel Sales and Marketing ManagerOur client, a global leader in apparel goods, is seeking an experienced leader to head their European Sales and Marketing activities.As a European Sales and Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world''s leading brands and global retailers, lead a team of sales professionals, and acquire new business while maintaining a close connection with our top management and clients.

Responsibilities

Build and execute an ambitious long-term sales and marketing plan to market the company''s unique apparel product and production capabilities to retailers and brands (B2B) in Europe.

Connect with potential new customers to win new business while maintaining productive relationships with existing clients, creating growth and additional business.

Develop relationships with leading decision-makers in the industry and build new relationships with target customers.

Create and execute a focused and targeted marketing plan.

Present the company, products, and services professionally and in a structured professional way, traveling or video meetings with customers as required.

Develop an ongoing and growing marketplace knowledge of potential customers and their end-users.

Requirements

At least five years of work experience in Sales and Marketing of apparel products.

Experience working at either an apparel manufacturer, brand, or retailer.

Experience and knowledge in the apparel supply chain are a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability and a strong desire to develop new and current businesses.

Familiarity with social media promotion tools.

Positive, confident, and determined approach; resilience and persistence to meet goals.

Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a matrixed team.

Additional information

Compensation: a combination of a basic salary plus a performance bonus.

The position reports to SVP Marketing and Product.

Can be based anywhere in Europe or the UK.
