The Role As Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our sales administration team while continually improving processes and supporting key commercial initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and developing the inside sales administration team. Managing sales support activities to ensure outstanding service for our B2B customers. Reviewing and improving order processing workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy. Handling customer escalations and resolving issues with a solution-focused approach.
